The minimum pay is $15 a hour but our FOH staff are making dramatically more money. The job requires all persons over 21 years old to package, sell, describe delicious gourmet cupcakes, desserts and awesome cafe foods.

Position Overview:
- This Front Of House job entails having an outgoing personality, able to engage people with your communication skills.
- Upselling and giving a clear review of what we are, (A GOURMET CUPCAKE BAR & CAFE) and what we do is give an upbeat fun experience to our guests, which is vital for your success as well as increasing tips for you and your team.
- The tips and wage for full time is approximately $600-$800 a week.
- Experience in customer service is a priority as well as actually enjoying serving customers, any and all!
We sell happiness, fun, and delicious options for cafe, and of course our Award Winning cupcakes featured on FoodNetwork, Cosmopolitan, national media, local tv, radio, and print. We were featured on Cupcake Wars 3 years in a row., winning 2x, the only Cupcake business in the Midwest that has had two wins.

Duties:
- Your job would be to box cupcakes, cakes, and some treats.
- Explain what we do as well as learn the register, clean up around the area, and help deliver food to guests' tables and bussing tables. All include cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
- This is not an order-taking job, this is interaction with the guests and with other team members!
